Baby, It’s Cold

Ok, we know it’s cold.  In fact, it’s freakin’ freezing.  So what now? Shall we all throw on our cow hides and huddle around a fire? Perhaps not.

In a NORMAL scenario, one of the worst things you can do for yourself is nothing.  Of course, if you’re injured or have medical reason not to move, this concept surely does not apply to you.  BUT, if you are able to move your body, you should, especially over the next few days.

If you are not able to make it into the gym for fear that your nostrils will freeze shut or that your eyeballs will lose function in these frigid temps, that’s ok, but make sure you keep it moving at home.

(as a very little P.S., we are NOT giving you reason to not show up for your sessions… this is an ‘in case of emergency only’ scenario)
