Who I am
Hi guys, I’m Tabetha! I have forever had a passion for fitness and people. At 19, I  began a self-taught coach when I was 19, before earning a Personal Training certification with ISSA, as well a specialization in fitness nutrition. I’ve coached at various wellness centers, including Equinox Fitness, but in early 2020, I decided to take the entrepreneurial leap and create my own brand- Bandy Cheeks.  It’s a line of custom fabric, durable, and adorable resistance bands. The community I have become a part of over the last few years was the inspiration for the bands, and I now teach classes incorporating them! The “Peach Perfect” class is full of energy and intensity, and I’d be honored to welcome you to class!
