Our body works as a system. Pain, broken movement patterns, metabolic inefficiencies, unhealthy weight gain, muscle tightness, and mental fatigue are examples of dysfunction in the system. And we all have them! Whether you’re an athlete for a living or work a nine-to-five, it is so important that we manage our ailments and improve how we function everyday. This idea is the basis behind my training philosophy. I will work to enable you to pursue personal fitness excellence and perform better in daily movement. Too often the meaning of fitness is undervalued as having a strictly aesthetic function. Of course, we all want nice shoulders and a slim waist line; the good news is that these are lovely side effects of any workout regimen. I want to help you reach whatever goals you have for your own function and your own body, bridging the gap between functional and aesthetic fitness training.
