Why I Train:
I LOVE FITNESS! It is one of the simplest ways to prove that sweat and discipline can help us achieve physical goals. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, though I specialize in women over 60. We work to improve posture, spinal alignment, strength of core, and overall stability of the body. I can also kick your butt if you’d like, so come train!
